Overall Land Use Layout Map of the Houli Park: The park area forms an irregular polygon extending in an east–west direction. The internal road system is composed of major arterial roads such as Houke Road Section 2, Houke Road Section 3, and Sanfeng Road, connecting various business zones and public facility areas while linking to surrounding external roads to form a complete transportation network. The northern side of the park is adjacent to a westbound external road, while the eastern and southern sides connect to surrounding road systems such as the site access road and connecting roads.
Land use within the park is primarily planned as dedicated business zones, distributed across the central area and along both sides of the main roads. Some blocks are labeled with identification numbers and indicate tenant company names and area sizes to facilitate the identification of each business unit’s location. The remaining areas are designated for public facilities and related service uses. A legend is provided on the side of the map, using colors combined with text, icons, or textures to distinguish different land-use types (such as parks, green spaces, parking lots, detention ponds, management services, environmental protection facilities, water supply facilities, and the project scope line), presenting the overall spatial functions and layout of the park.
The map also includes a section titled “Introduced Industry Categories,” listing the main industries present in the park, including optoelectronics industry, semiconductors, and precision machinery.
