Taichung Single Dormitory – 1F Floor Layout: This diagram shows the distribution of public facilities and dormitory rooms. The main entrance and the mailbox room are located at the center of the building. Spaces are connected by corridors: the western side includes a large restaurant and a laundry room, which connect to the parking space; the eastern side contains a fitness center, a ball games room, and a restroom. Dormitory rooms are distributed along the two wings on the north side of the building, totaling 12 rooms. For vertical circulation and safety facilities, the floor includes four elevators and four staircases located at the corner nodes, with a smoke exhaust room adjacent to each elevator.
Taichung Single Dormitory – 2F–11F Floor Layout: This diagram shows the complete distribution of dormitory rooms on these floors. The 2F–11F room numbering layout is identical, except that 2F includes a central platform and corridor connecting the north side with the east and west sides, and 3F also includes one central platform and corridor connecting to the north side. The building adopts a U-shaped symmetrical layout with a total of 36 dormitory units. The numbering pattern is as follows: the west side contains rooms No. 1–11, the top horizontal section on the north side contains No. 13–27, and the east side contains No. 29–39. The inner side of the U-shaped layout includes rooms No. 2–40. The spatial organization centers on a main corridor, with one elevator and one stairs located at each of the four building corners. Mechanical and electrical service facilities are symmetrically distributed at the north corner nodes, including the electric machine room, electrical control room, and exhaust room adjacent to the elevators.
Taichung Single Dormitory – 12F Floor Layout: The building maintains a U-shaped layout, but unlike the standard floors, the dormitory rooms on 12F are concentrated only in the north horizontal section, totaling 14 rooms (No. 13–28). The west and east wings are mainly terrace spaces.

The main entrance is located slightly left of the center at the bottom of the diagram, with a security room and mailbox room after the entrance. The lobby area connects various functional spaces. On the north side of the building is a large meeting room, while the south side includes a play area followed by a ball games room. One set of elevators and stairs is located in the center of the building, and another set is on the right side. Restrooms and a tea room are also provided near the public facilities. Outside the building, a wooden deck platform and surrounding landscape greenery are arranged.
