The standard factory is for research, manufacturing, and business operations only. The standard factory cannot be partially or entirely subleased or lent to other individuals or parties. The contract will be terminated and the factory will be retireved without any refund when the individuals or parties fail to comply with the regulation.
1.Taichung Standard Factory Rental Rate: NT$93/m² a month
2.Huwei Standard Factory Rental Rate: NT$140/m² a month
3.Rent adjustments will be carried out according to the relevant provisions of the lease agreement. The rental rate is adjusted based on the announced land price of the factory's location, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Rental adjustments are generally conducted every 2 years based on the annual review of the announced land price.
